James Cunningham is one of North America’s fastest rising comics. He began his comedy career after graduating from the University of Toronto with an honours degree in Theatre and Drama. He is now one of the top comedic performers and has won the title of Campus Speaker Of The Year in Canada for the second year in a row. His second comedy special debuted recently nation-wide on CTV and The Comedy Network and he recently performed his second Just For Laughs gala in 2006. James has also had multiple television appearances including his own hour-long “Comedy Now” as well as “Just For laughs”, “Comedy Inc”, “The Holmes Show”, “The Bobroom”, “Open Mike” and as Mr. Emotek on YTV.

James’ hilarity and hard work ethic have earned him the distinction of being the most re-booked comedian in Canada and he has recently begun to spread his appeal south of the border. His “FUNNY MONEY” lecture has taken him to many American College campuses and may soon see James earn the same recognition in the U.S. that he has in Canada.
