Hi. Two or three days ago, I saw a comedian on TV who finishes his segment by moving his body to a piece of techno music.

His whole body was moving in a bizarre yet funny wavy way!

And he was “lipsing” when there was weird “slow motion” noises.

Can you help me identify this comedian?
