The ticketing coordinator will assist the ticketing manager in ensuring the successful delivery of the ticketing office projects, and then some.    


Role and Responsibilities

  • Support in all show building operations;
  • Monitor and trouble shoot all festival on sale;
  • Manage and create sales reports;  
  • Oversee complementary ticket requests;  
  • All other administrative duties as required to support the ticketing manager in her tasks;
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons;


Required Qualifications

  • Excellent sense of organization and time management;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and excel in a fast paced environment;
  • Knowledge of OUTBOX and TICKETMASTER Host and Archtics systems is an asset;
  • Appreciation for comedy and good sense of humour;
  • Fully bilingual (English and French);


Required Skills 

  • Experience in the entertainment and comedy industry;
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and proactive problem solving abilities;
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft World;
