Louis C.K. surprises Montreal once again with a solo performance at the 34th edition of the Just For Laughs Festival!

Montreal, July 22, 2016 – The Just For Laughs Festival, presented by Videotron in association with Loto-Québec, is thrilled to announce Louis C.K.’s return to the Festival.

Just when you thought we were done announcing… Louis C.K. is coming to town!

Louis C.K. returns to Montreal for his very own solo performance, since the Festival’s 2011 edition. In January 2015, he became the first comedian to sell out Madison Square Garden four times on the same tour. The third show was recorded and released as a digital audio download on his website, and went on to earn a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album this year. Louis C.K. has received over 30 Emmy nominations throughout his career, including wins for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for his work on the FX series Louie. Additionally, he has previously won two Grammy Awards for Best Comedy Album. Louis can currently be seen starring in Horace and Pete, a drama he both writes and directs. The New York Times says, “It’s probing, engaged and moving. Horace and Pete is a riveting series!” The show debuted in January 2016 and is distributed directly through his website, louisck.net. Catch six-time Emmy Award winner Louis C.K. when he performs at Maison Symphonique at Place Des Arts on July 28 at 9:00 pm.
